Love the royals

Still a beautiful facility. The view lines are great. It would be a perfect place to watch a baseball game if it weren't for the continual advertising, very loud music and other distractions any time there is a 10 second pause in the action. The cost of food, parking, and memorabilia is way too expensive, especially on top of the expense of the tickets. It reminded me clearly that Major League Baseball is first and foremost a very profitable business and only secondarily about the game. This realization made it very hard to relax and enjoy the actual game. PS - a way to make more money would be to institute a system whereby ticket holders that cannot make it to the game put their seats up for resale with 50% going to each of the ticket holder and the stadium if the seat was resold. There were a lot of very good but empty seats in this "sold out game" that could have been resold at the gate.
