I had a lady behind me that truly ruined the experience for me. She was loud, obnoxious and didn't know a thing about anything. She gave me a headache to the point that I left the game! I love the royals and going out to the k... She ruined the whole experience for me.

Seats in HyVee section are so tiny. Worse than airplane seats.

For the cost, the food was terrible. Hot dogs and buns were completely smashed. Fries were cold. The family restroom facility looked as though it had not been sanitized in at least a week. Smelled of urine and feces more so than a Johnny on the Spot. Floor was wet and covered in paper towels and this was all before the National Anthem had been sung. The concessions ran out of water bottles on an extremely hot day as well as frozen lemonade. Long lines of people refilling water bottles at the water fountains when the bottled water ran out. I will not be taking my children back anytime soon. Worst Royals experience ever! And I've been going for 30 years!

it was an ok experience. the concessions are horrible and they serve bad unhealthy and sometimes food that will make you sick. dont eat there!! Why do they not shoot off fireworks when Royals hit a home run or win the game!!!! that is an important part of the celebratory atmosphere that should be easy to do at the major league level. that and more lighting effects for home runs really get the crowd fired up. please bring back fireworks off the crown or behind it when they hit homeruns and after wins! should be easy! they used to do it. why stop??? overall i really wish the stadium was downtown. more stuff to do before and after games. there is literally nothing around kauffman! and its far away from where most live.

I ordered fries and some of them were undercooked and cold. I also wet to get cotton candy and the girl who helped (maybe a high schooler?) was incredibly rude and was more interested in impressing the boy she was working with than paying attention to her customers.
