We loved visiting the baby gorillas. I love all the new improvements the zoo is making. However, some of the staff looks less than professional act acts very unprofessional.

Knoxville zoo is great for a day or a quick 1 hour activity to get the kids out of the house. Love our season passes!

Lots of walking and not many interesting animals. The giraffes were really cool!!

Zoo was very clean. Wide area to get from exhibits. Plenty to look at and see. Lots of space for populated areas. Animals were not very active and hard to see. Some animals were at the far side of their closer. Not all the food venders were open which made it hard to have to travel back and forth. We were dissatisfied with the fact the children's train cost money and the carousel. Gift shop wasn't too high in prices- knowing that prices would be higher. Still was able to purchase my son a shirt and an animal. We will be back to come visit.
