The facility is nice, but some of the staff have very bad attitudes.

We had a great visit, as always! Something that impressed me about our most recent visit - my daughter & I got separated from the rest of our group towards the end of the visit. I assumed we would meet at the car and the rest of the party had my belongings (including phone + wallet). At the gate I just barely explained that I'd been through an hour & a half earlier & that we were separated and the staff member told me to go ahead in to look for them. It was so nice! For some reason that stuck with me. Very grateful to be members of a zoo with such helpful, kind staff members. They are the face of the zoo for most zoo goers - so 9 times out of 10 that is the interaction we will remember!
