The seats are very uncomfortable. I would rather pay more for comfort. I am a short person and my legs were cramped so I cannot even imagine how my brother who is 6'1 felt. Besides that the seats are to close together I do not want a stranger all up on me like that. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!

Please install handrails in the upper sections (500-600) as the stairs are very steep. If someone missteps they could be seriously injured.
