Firestone Complete Auto Care

Jeremy and the staff were great. My problem was with the credit center. My husband came in last week to choose tires and set up service for my vehicle before he left for Bahrain. He was told everything was all set. He tried to pay then, but was told I'd have to pay when I picked up the car. When I checked out, my Goodyear card was declined. Our limit had been lowered to $500 for no reason. We've always paid on time. When Jeremy called, he explained what was going on: my husband was on a plane from Kuwait to Washington D.C. and not available. Even though I'm on the account and have a card with my name on it, credit services wouldn't raise the credit limit. Mike at Goodyear credit actually said, "I don't care," when Jeremy explained about my husband being unavailable due to military duty. He said I couldn't use my power of attorney either. I had to use $520.13 of my household budget to be able to take my car home. The staff in the store apologized profusely and felt really bad, but their hands were tied. That's a shabby way to treat your military families.
