i actually work here so im a bit biast but i love this hotel! the atmosphere is awesome and the people are super great!

The valet service was horrible. My boyfriend called for my car 30 minutes before I was due to leave. When we got downstairs my car was parked on the opposite side and no one brought it to me, he had to ask one of the valets for my keys and he walked me to my car himself. The valet is too expensive for that to occur.
