There was only one employee that was pleasant to my party, no AC in the room, very uncomfortable beds/pillows

The food was okay. The friendliness of staff was to be expected, but not above it beyond. The pool area was accommodating. It was nice that we could swim late. The room was clean the staff was helpful and respectful. Overall a pretty decent experience.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The only good thing was the sweet morning bartender and the outside pool area. The inside staff was awful, the rooms were run down and disgusting. The main supervisor one evening told me they were out of washcloths, but when I started stomping My feet, he magically appeared with washcloths. Not impressed and won't go back.

Hair everywhere on the floor in my towels in the bathroom stall hair everywhere this was not what I thought was be a nice hotel
