Had a dirty toilet that was clogged and they wouldn't give us a plunger in the middle of the night ... Told us we had to wait till the morning.

This hotel was very clean and well kept. Best western is typically not my first choice but with limited options it was my only choice. However, I was pleasantly surprised!
