Good place to visit. I wish they would change the exhibits more often.

Overall good experience. Some exhibits need to be updated or refurbished.

We brought 100 students to the museum and we thoroughly enjoyed our day. It was very crowded that day, apparently more than normal, and we would have appreciated someone telling us that several school groups were already booked for the day so we could have selected an alternate date. That being said we still had a good experience. If I could make two recommendations I would ask this: first, please offer family restrooms. Our special needs students had a difficult time in the bathrooms and I don't think other moms didn't like the fact that our special needs boys had to use the women's bathroom. Second, our special needs kids require a lot more time to eat and the staff who were overseeing the lunch room made us leave even though our disabled kids had not had adequate time to eat. Being mindful of kids with disabilities is pretty important.

There are many exhibits that are old and not kept up. I would prefer to see these exhibits go if they aren't going to be fixed. They are frustrating.

The museum itself is great but the lack of parental supervision is atrocious. It's not the facilities fault but with kids running wild with no regards for smaller children I don't feel that my child could have as much fun. She was pushed around by bigger kids while the parents did nothing. Won't be returning.
