i had a reservation and when i went to pick up the car i was told it would be 1 hr and 30 mins before they had any cars and i had 15 people ahead of me waiting. the staff was giving out thrifty coupons to some customers, i was told i couldnt have one

There were undisclosed fees added on. I was already stuck there and needed a car, so I had no choice.

very slow, not many choices

Showed up with a reservation and no cars. Was told it would be a 20 min wait and 56 minutes later finally had a car. Not very happy
