Clean place and friendly staff. It is a great venue for concerts because there is really no bad seat

Seats are a little cramped, and $5 for a water is crazy. Nice venue though.

Great experience! Had players club seats/tickets & although I've been to several hockey games I did not have these seats & it was a much better experience! The convenience of the restrooms & bar was awesome, food was good & service was great!

I went to nationwide Arena to watch the Columbus blue jackets hockey team play. Parking was a little bit expensive but close to the arena and since it was cold out I was okay with that. The staff at nationwide Arena the ushers the people at the concession stands were all very polite and nice. I noticed that the concession stands were also very clean as well. I had trouble finding the team shop at nationwide Arena and one of the ushers was kind enough to get me in the right direction. It is a great atmosphere there for a hockey game. Although there weren't as many fans as I thought there would be the fans were very enthusiastic the video board is incredible. I like the organ player who seems to be very talented and knowledgeable about music. The games they had during the hockey game or also fun.there was even a large man who got up and danced in the crowd I'm not sure if that was planned or not but the fans seem to enjoy it. There was a man hosting games with the fans and also interviewing kids who played hockey he seem to enjoy his job and seemed very very nice. Overall I had a very nice time and will definitely go back.
