It rained

Nice park but the attendants had issues scanning the ticket in my phone since the sun was out and there was a reflection on my phone

Good but I was upset about the rain delay and no replacement tix

Great facility but got scammed into standing room only tickets that were $27 each which ended paying $108 for. We were told that we could stand anywhere in the ballpark as long as we weren't in anyone else's view/way. We go and find a spot out of the way and with a pretty nice view. We are then told that we can't stand there and that we need to go to the standing room only section or find a spot behind the gates; behind the gates you can barely see the field. We finally find a spot where there's an ok view. If we knew that we could only stand in one specific spot we wouldn't have bought the tickets. But we were told that we could stand anywhere. Great park and great game but bad experience with standing room only tickets.

I brought my 4 children and unfortunately we were sitting in a section with A LOT of drinking. The crowd around were heavily drinking and my kids were unfortunately exposed to a lot more than they had seen. Also, the concession stand worker at Quaker state was rude

The usher in my section was very overbearing. We were sold tickets in the handicapped seating area. That meant that one of the seats was intended to be a folding chair, apparently. He insisted on seeing our tickets to prove we belonged there, and said he would "try" to get us a chair since it was a "sellout". He also kept people from walking to their seats between pitches and would only let them go in between innings or batters.

The fans were very rude and rowdy. Never seen a baseball crowd that acted the way the fans in Pittsburg did.
