Awesome train ride!

Ticket booth staff needs to smile more

We were the only people at the zoo the entire day. It's really sad to see it so empty. When we were kids we went several times and it was fantastic. The shops were closed all day. The playground was AMAZING. Also the Festival of Lights were fantastic.

My family and I enjoyed our visit. The people were friendly and it was an overall pleasant experience.

We went for the Festival of Lights. We got to the park early and visited the zoo. We were kicked out of the park and asked to come back in to pay again for the lights. I understand, but I felt this information wasn't clearly provided on their website (where we found out about the event). So, somewhat disappointed with that. Also, I wish the petting zoo was more interactive.

No polar bears tigers or elephants

Had to pay to go to a birthday party, the lady who I paid wasn't very friendly And the playground seems very dangerous. Didn't go today but I do love the actual zoo part.
