Walk in the door and immediately receive a polite and professional greeting that also feels personal and welcoming. The lobby/ customer waiting area is very clean, neat, and organized. Plenty of forms, pens, and areas/ tables to fill out paperwork, comfortably and with some at least some privacy. Soon as my paperwork was complete I was immediately helped, and my transaction completed. This part is trivial, but a big thing to me, I was thanked and told my business was appreciated, and that should I need any services provided in the future, or any questions regarding services provided, don't hesitate to call or come in and someone would answer all my questions and walk me through everything till I understood fully. Made me feel comfortable and welcome to come back. Which I will in the future, and I will recommend that particular office to friends and family.

She was a pro... she stuck with my issues until she got them resolved, she even called the corporate offices to expideate the processing of my loan and she got the problem resolved. There was an issue with the computer in the branch office not clearing an automatic payment that had already been processed by my Bank, she got it resolved using faxes of my bank statement showing the transaction had cleared, even though the Payday Advance branch computer showed that it had not... she pushed it through your corporate offices... I want to thank Izetta, I needed that money "that day".
