Bathrooms need updating and were dirty. Seating was terrible for the price we paid and the seats were very small. Not impressed at all.

The flow of traffic was not organized. I missed the first two acts that performed before Kevin Hart. I waited almost an hour to get into the arena and to find my seat. The tickets were almost $170. To miss so much of the show was not a good look. The show before mines still had people exiting while we were trying to enter.

The lines to get food were ridiculous. I go to many sporting events and I understand crowds but when you have employees serving the food that are moving at a snails pace and are more concerned about talking with each other and serving as few as possible you can tell. We were waiting in line so long and missing the game I seen many people get out of line and just forget it. Otherwise the facilities were nice and enjoyed the game.

Sec 212 row J, you can't see the big screens, so the tv's above your head should have been on.
