I had great seats but my team lost

The usher at section 307 was rude.

Exciting game

The arena was fine but the pretzels were very hard/hard to eat and the nachos were not even warm. For the price I paid for them, I should be slightly satisfied with the food items, but I definitely was not.

Show was amazing

The restrooms need to be updated.

Good opening game.

It was a good show. The concession stand workers seemed to be in panic mode during busy times. There was a lot of upgrading construction going on too. They are trying to make it a better experience.

Got in line at concessions at 6:30. I waited in line 10min & ordered a burger basket & paid extra for onion rings instead of fries. Waited 5 min before she brought over my burger & said that someone stole her basket of fries for me & it was going to be another 5-8min. I told her I ordered onion rings, not fries. She said "oh yeah!" She came back 6min later with a basket of fries & told me they were on the house & it would be another 7min for my onion rings because he hadn't started cooking them yet. By this point, I had been standing at the counter for almost 30min & still didn't have my order that I paid extra for. I told her I'd take the fries since the game had already started, just to give me my $ back for the extra I paid. She looked confused & said she'd have to find someone who knew how to do that.... I told her nevermind, keep it. The burger was cold. All 4 condiment stations I went to were out of ketchup & lettuce. My $18 Jack n coke I ordered was made with diet coke (didn't realize that til I finally got seated, late & wasn't about to venture back down after the ordeal I just went through for food. I would've missed the entire 1st period.) So I was late to my seats because I was stuck waiting for already purchased food for over 20min, spent $50 for 1 incorrectly made drink, cold burger with nothing available to put on it due to stations not being stocked or maintained, fries I didn't order but paid extra for, & a hot dog. It's already ridiculously overpriced to begin with so I at least expect to get what I ordered & paid for when dishing out $50. Highly disappointed. Won't be spending $ beyond tickets for an event at Bridgestone anymore because of this.
