Had a good time. The mixed drinks were good, but the food could have been MUCH better for the price. Step it up Aramark!

Acoustics were terrible at the one direction concert. It was difficult to hear the words when they were talking.

The service at the concession stands is always super slow. The people behind the counter are generally nice, but they move slow. In several occasions, food also was not ready to serve which slows things down. This is a common theme of all houston sport facilities. The logistics at the concession stands need to be improved.

The line to get a hamburger took just about one quarter of the football game (almost 30 mins). There was only 5 people ahead of me in the line and the cashier (not just ours) were waiting on something from the kitchen. What it was I am not sure, as you cold see food on the stands. Normal wait time for food during half time (at a Texans game) is only 5 to 10 mins. Today was way too long.

Badly placed stands, staff failed to help direct traffic after the show because it got too crowded for people. Could not go anywhere because people were standing still in front of the stands while others needed to make their way to the exit but were being pushed around, especially with small children being trampled on. Adults were also cursing at each other with kids around.
