The only disappointment was not staff related but visitor related. There was a lady with a service dog along the River's Edge path that let her dog take a bowel movement right in the middle of the path. This dog was fairly large & left a big trail along the route. The lady didn't bother to clean up her dog's mess, but instead stood there for a few minutes watching people step or almost step in her dog's mess. She then walked away not caring about the mess.

Very nice visit. Happy to see the penguins were back and the addition of the polar bear.

All the animals were out so I was very pleased. The staff was also super friendly and helpful

Grounds were very clean. Misting fans are a great addition! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was SO excited to finally get to see the polar bear/penguin exhibit! (It has been closed/under construction the last few times we have come to the zoo. Wouldn't be a big deal but we come from IL, about 3.5 hours away.)
