I had a really good time tonight but was disappointed that some of the animals weren't out for viewing. Also disappointed that you have to pay money to see the sea lions and that the polar bear exhibit wasn't open.

Every time I go it seems the animals just stand around and don't do much. It was a gorgeous day, I thought they may be a bit more active. Would be nice to see handlers interacting and taking care of the animals.

Great zoo! Expensive food

My family had a great time at the zoo. The weather was cooperative and we loved seeing all the attractions. The children's zoo was excellent and the cool environment of penguin and puffin cove was appreciated. There were many empty exhibits, which was a little disappointing. Also, the polar bear exhibit was not open and neither was the butterfly exhibit; two things my 6-year-old daughter wanted to see the most. Also, the bear habitats were empty.
