I never got to go inside the zoo. I drove around for an hour. There was no parking available, the lots were even full. Traffic was horrible. My kids and I were very disappointed.

We got there to see the Christmas lights but staff was rude saying they were closing

The polar bear is left out in the open in the heat with warm water when it's 90 degrees outside. Just cruel. Won't ever go back.
