There has to be a better system for parking. Maybe I'm spoiled growing up in KC- because that sports complex runs so smoothly. There has to be a way to let people know the parking garage is full before they wait for an hour trying to reach the entrance. Just a yellow light or something!

The French fries that we ordered were not fully cooked. The usher told us that we needed to wait to sit down in our seats when we came back from ordering food because there was a member from the visiting team, the Edmonton Oilers, using our seat to take pictures. She also said it was ok because he had credentials. I spent $200 on tickets to be told that momentarily I could not sit in my seat. This is very disappointing and will make me question whether or not to come back.

Facility looked and felt far older than 20 years. Needs a face lift and modernized.

The blue note lounge didn't have any desserts except for some gross 'brownie'

Parking sucked, food sucked and was extremely overpriced for the crappy quality. Didn't even attempt the line at the bathrooms. Made my special needs child hold it until we could get to a nearby facility with a restroom. Will try not to ever go back.

We went to see Taylor Swift. We've gone to many Taylor shows but we usually go to Nashville. Needless to say we won't return to scottrade if we can keep from it. Super unorganized and the staff was extremely rude! Like I said we've gone to many of Taylor's shows and none of them have been this unorganized which lets me know it was the venue.
