There were no escalators and the staff was rude.

Bad customer service at the gates. Rude and unhelpful.

If the Bears would have won I would have been a lot more satisfied. With the amount of money you pay for tickets, etc, I feel that we should have a high expectation of what we get on the field. As for amenities I think we are decent, but wifi is terrible in the stadium, so trying to track fantasy is tough.

Very poor crowd management for Grateful Dead concert.

I will never go there for another concert again. $45 for parking is robbery. I got a souvenir soda that was pretty much all ice and a pretzel that tasted like it was sitting around since the Bears season ended for like 14 bucks. I have never been anywhere where the people were that intoxicated. I was afraid for my own safety at times and it was only a Kenny Chesney concert. People obviously can't tailgate all day and then be served all concert. Security can attest to that as I saw numerous people being removed for drunken conduct, and numerous more who should have. They kept falling over and knocking chairs back into me. It's not fair for the rest of us who want to be responsible adults and enjoy a concert.
