it was good but animals weren't out

It was cold, and snowing. There weren't many animals to view however, the animals that were there a great exhibits. The staff was beyond friendly.

I would love to come back a lot of the and would like a news letter or something that tells you the best time to visit that everything is open and and I buy my home town zoo pass it would be great to have more of a discount

It was a very hot day so not all of the animals were out and about. The food wasn't very good. Tasted like it had been sitting under the "red light" for awhile.

I was really disappointed in the cheap looking fake bearded Santa and the crazy amount the pics were. I should've just taken my kids to the mall where the Santa looked "real". Loved the lights though.

they have many contraction works. we can't see many amimals. highly dissapointed.

Most of the animals were off display and most food and merch locations closed. I was very disappointed as I traveled from Florida and payed full price. Looks like it would be a good zoo if everything was open.

Used to be better and not many animals
