Room was neat and clean staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast is very good with Belgian waffles, fruit, yogurts and a variety of pastries.

its was ok only had a few things go bad or at least not good. heat doesn't stay on when u turn it and the cut my refrigerator was cut off which cause a smell in my room

The service was not up to par and I felt like everything was stretched to make enough for hotel guests. For 2 days there were not any pool towels. When we asked each day, we were told they were in the dryer. When they did finally bring towels, it was literally 4 towels when at that moment, there were at least 8 people in the pool. Room was not serviced after calling and requesting it, and mgr was not prompt nor slightly concerned when hearing of the issues. Breakfast was gross and never had any cookies available except 1 day.
