This stadium has history, albeit not a long history; it's a rich history. Don't move the Ted.

The experience getting into the field was a nightmare. We had mobile tickets that wouldn't scan, so we went to the will call counter. The woman at will call printed out tickets that didn't belong to us. We waited in line a second time and and were made to turn around and go back to will call to verify our tickets. Finally after a third wait time they discovered that the woman at will call had printed another fan's tickets. It was very frustrating!!!

Good visit but would've been better had the Atlanta fan base had a better turnout. The lack of Atlanta fans contributed to a poor baseball atmosphere

The parking system is terrible, we prepaid for stadium parking reservation when purchasing our tickets online and were given a parking space number.....there zero parking spots we had to may again . We missed half the game because of the lack of organization of this establishment. We will not be back. The stadium was great, location great, staff was great but we lost half of the experience that we had paid for because we could not receive the parking we had paid for/reserved! Ridiculous!!!

Very disappointed with the way traffic was being routed towards parking. Signage throughout the City was lacking. The personnel handling the actual parking lot were completely lost! It was a nightmare! Unfortunately that tainted the whole game experience. The lines for the food were very long and I believe it was all due to lack of customer service skills in part of the concession stand workers. Every food line I went to only had one cashier and the food servers were handing out the food much faster than the cashiers could check them out. The customer in front of me at one of the lines wanted a hamburger and was told by one of the ladies behind the counter that she could only have a cheeseburger! I will really have to think about it before I decide to take my family to another game. The prices are very high and the customer service is not at par with those prices.

I've always loved going to Braves games but the employees there were so rude I probably will never go back
