The united center is a great place for concerts and I never had a bad staff/bathroom experience. However, the food is quite pricey. That would be my only complaint.

Overall great experience. Bathrooms were very unkept tho there were 3 employees standing in the restroom with cleaning items speaking Spanish on the 4 trips I took to the restroom. Glad they have social hour on the clock while the restrooms smelled like urine.

United center could have used more staff for the black keys concert. The lines were unusually long and slow and I frequent the united center for other events. Overall very clean and I liked the new led signs outside.

Very amazing venue just a bit too expensive of food and beverages, 25c off would make a huge difference even
