Took my granddaughter to Zoo Weekend

We had lots of fun!

Very nice zoo. Little pricey if you don't have a membership.

It's better than the Atlanta zoo

You can tell that the park is not being well taken care of. Most exhibits are in need of a refresh, trash everywhere, and places you would think there would be AC, there isn't. The staff seemed to not want to help, even had one guy get upset about us turning a chair to sit in the way of the fan. There were no other visitors around for it to bother. All of the zoo keepers (I consider anyone dealing with the animals a zoo keeper) were all friendly and eager to answer questions. Over all we had a great time, would like to see the place cleaned up and given new life.
