My family was detained from our seats for 15 minutes or so because we were told it would be too distracting for the entertainers to sit down, but the usher failed to realize our seats were in the balcony which isn't a distracting area. We missed 15-20 minutes of an expensive show because the usher didn't look at our tickets correctly. It was a christmas present to my family so that was really disappointing considering in that time frame we missed 4 acts.
