Usually staff very nice and considerate but on this visit we were ignored, looked over and service was not good. At the buffet, on the game floor. Valet and bell were great as usual.

On the second floor that we had to stay down I could hardly sleep because of all the noise . There was no hot water. The parking lot and the inside of the casino could use some good cleaning. I don't like that all of our games that we liked to been taken out. Some of the rooms where the games were have been closed. Our favorite restaurant for breakfast is closed now.
