Food was way to spendy

Food/beverage prices were incredibly high and some staff were slow, I waited in a line for close to 30 mins to get a drink and ended up missing part of the concert! Understanding that events are busy and wait times are usually fairly long, this one was much longer than it should have been due to a potential lack of training?
