Paradise

i really like the atmospher of this place

We called the paradise casino and the lady that answered the phone was not very friendly. I asked about any thanksgiving specials and she was rude when responding with do you mean casino or restaurant? I asked about restaurant and she was short with me and said they had a thanksgiving plate with turkey or ham all the trimmings and pie for $13.99. We decided to go there anyway because it was closer to where we were staying and when we got there found out most of the people that worked there was rude and unfriendly and when you asked anything they acted like you were interrupting them. We went to the restaurant and when we got in line there was no one at front counter. We stood there for several minutes and there were also a couple of customers that came in to pay and it was almost 5 minutes before someone finally showed up and there was also 3 employees standing in line when the cashier finally did show up no one greeted us. They took the employees orders and walked away and left us standing there. It was another couple of minutes before we were recognized and say. The waitress was not friendly and was short when she took our order. I could understand if they were extremely busy but there were only a handful of customers. The food was good and plentiful for value paid but the Customer service was awful the entire stay. Sad part is we paid $27 in cab fairs to and from casino

i enjoyed my visit

Great food

Went to gamble but was ignored by staff

old games too tight too smoky

Gambled alot

Just looks dirty all the time

Disappointed not one staff member greeted me

Food was nasty
