Kings Dominion

The park is fun, but the worker we encountered was AWFUL. A lady running the register at Subway was so rude. We wanted chips and she told us NO, because she already rung us up. She said the same about our season passes and wouldn't give us a discount! And then she rung our sons order up separately and wouldn't combine his with ours and we had to make 2 transactions. Furthermore she wouldn't stop talking to her friends to do her job! And it was crazy busy.

It was a good visit. I have noticed that there are a lot more rides down than before this year. I went last week and had the same issue. On the food I would be a lot more willing to pay outrageous prices if the food was really good. Even the subway there doesn't offer all subway toppings and ingredients

Enjoyed the park. Thank GOD for Chix fil A. The other food is awful. If the food was better tasting as quality even if more expensive I would buy it. Also there is no hot water in the bathrooms???? At least there was not this weekend.

Kings Dominion was a lot of fun! The biggest complaint that I have is that there is no schedule for events. I wanted to take my son to the eggstravaganza for the Easter themed things that were going on but I couldn't find any information on when or where the events were happening so we missed out. I heard recently that the petting zoo was still going on but when my son and I went yesterday, I was told by a park employee that it was only open Saturday and Sunday. I also tried to take my son to "The Lost World" but it was closed due to a chorus concert that was going on. I asked an employee that was outside when it would be open and he didn't know. It'd be nice if they had a sign or hand out or maybe an email that told people what was going on that day.

I was very excited to visit KD yesterday because usually I go to KD at least once a year every year & have since I was a very little kid, but I haven't gotten to go the past 2 years because of health issues & haven't gone all this year. But it was EXTREMELY busy yesterday, like I haven't seen it that busy in seriously I don't know how long. I didn't get to ride all the rides I wanted to ride. I also waited in line for the Dominator about an hour & half, got IN the seat, then was told to get out & get back in line because there was going to be a "temporary delay" & I was SO mad (especially since my one friend was just saying how the past weekend on the same ride, they shut it down because someone lost their keys & had to look for them so I felt like she jinxed it haha) but what happened was that the other train had actually gotten stuck right slightly before coming down into the station. Then it moved & got stuck literally right before coming into the station, so we waited for that because I had waited all that time, I wasn't getting out of line. Luckily it was only maybe 15/20 mins & they tested it first but we were still the first riders to ride after it got stuck so that was a bit scary haha. But ALL the lines were just insanely long. Besides that, we only rode the Stunt Coaster & the Intimidator, but we got the do most of the Haunt attractions & they all had long lines but at least they went fast. I'd say the best ones were the Doll Factory & Slaughter House. I was disappointed with No Vacancy though because I loved that one last time because they have one area where the walls are like curtains that blow out that are supposed to kinda enclose you & feel like hands touching you & just be really dark & closterphobic but they didn't have it running so it was just a long dumb hallway with nothing! Also, I was waiting to get a funnel cake towards the end of the night & they didn't know how to handle that stand, like they don't know how to handle the orders properly &
