My friend bought vip tickets spent a lot of money and we a problem picking up our tickets took almost an hour away from Our vip tent it was very disappointing! The concert it self was amazing

Everything was great till trying to leave the parking lot. We left 30 mins early so we could beat the rush, they let out the front lot and rear lot but left us in the middle lot sitting till they cleared out the other 2. You need to find a better way to do this, at 31 weeks pregnant that was killer. Very unhappy with the parking, you have hired police for a reason, let them direct traffic.
