Great venue hindered by the fact that the event staff is incompetent. Nobody has any idea what's going on. I had VIP tickets for Lianne La Havas and they didn't let people in until 5 minutes before the show. They also told VIP members that they would get a meet and greet but then told us that was another group of people instead. No one was on the same page
