The casino was very smokey. The slot attendants were very friendly but the snack bar server was very rude and acted like he didn't want to be there.

Staff needs to be more cheerful. Pablo helped us but he did not seem very happy to be working. He honestly looked miserable.. Managers need to ensure they are happy to work

Very smoky. The machines were tighter than usual - I spent $500 on the same machine and never received a bonus :(

This casino has a nice and friendly environment. but sadly their machines do not pay so well and they give the player false advertisement stating that they will pay 98 percent back which is dearly false! I have been coming to casino pauma for more than 4 years and have won very little as opposed to other casino I have gone too.
