Customer service at VIP is horrible ms. Natille is very rude . I picked up win loss statement and was going to get a small comp for food court and she refused my loss for last year was 27,600 . I don't think 10 should be a issue .. She never smiles and I have had issues in the past with same employee. The only area were service is awesome is the food court where I would bet they make the least. While donating more cash your ashtrays are stacked up and always out of ice in the self serve drinks and you def must serve yourselve bc the chance of chasing down a server us very slim.

There are no non-smoking machines available. We have visited other casinos in other states and they offer non smoking machine areas.

We like visiting Choctaw because it is closer than Winstar, however the environment at Choctaw is far inferior. The whole feel of the place is just "blah." We never seem to have any luck at Choctaw either. The machines seem to be a lot tighter.

the machines were extremely tight and there really wasn't a good variety machines. Prefer Winstar.

Poor service machines cluttered with cups and ashtray couldn't find anyone to bring drink

Website said but tickets for grand theatre entertainment at box office. Front desk said no box office only online. Called the casino 800 number and they said the gift shop sold them. Went to the gift shop and they said no. They need to communicate better!
