Fight broke out and took to long for security to get there

Way too cold it's freezing in there which is miserable

I came there for a short gambling trip with family you have a beautiful facility

There need to be more seats available in nonsmoking. I have really bad asthma and had to sit in the smoking area due to the limited seats in nonsmoking... This is a health hazard for me but i enjoy bingo.. Please do something about this.

Dirty and smokey

The people where I ordered from at the food court by the Bingo Hall were the only ones that gave me horrible service. Other than this I have never had a complaint about the casino

The casino Area was great !

Good facility

I had a good time at Pottawattamie but I don't like the smoking.

Love the new area with less smoking
