Need more non-smoking areas and ways to get to places within the casino (poker room, etc) without having to walk through smoke.

The drinks were not good. Full of sugar and very little alcohol. Over priced for the little alcohol it contained.

The resort was clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. We were a party of five. The lines in the food court were ridiculously long. The food from the American shop was fresh and tasty, and a good value for the dollar paid. The chicken shop was terrible. The Chinese food was even worse. The staff members were professional and helpful, but not very friendly. In fact a couple of the staff members and the Chinese restaurant were rude. The casino was large and had a good number of machines, but it was hard to find any machines worth playing. The payout was absolutely terrible. I travel across the country for business and played a lot of casinos and this was one of the worst ones for pays I'd ever seen, specially on a Saturday night! I would not recommend this resort and Casino to anyone. There are others that are less congested and pay better, and have better food at a better price.
