This place is overrated but the scenery and view of the city is nice to experience. I didn't purchase any items because I found items to be overly priced!

Chuck the bellman rendered superb customer service, as did Jose in valet parking. The room could use, at very least, a coffee/tea maker. Also a couple more bed pillows. Nice room. I could not stay here again because of the cigarette smoke.

A little older than other hotel casinos on the strip, but also a little cheaper. The place was fairly clean and the staff was friendly. Overall we we're satisfied with our stay there.

We visit Vegas at least twice a year for the part 11 years and this is the first time going to stratosphere. We went because an out town guest was with us and wanted to see it. We were unimpressed because we had just been to the top of Paris' Eiffel Tower and stratosphere is just so outdated. Perhaps if it was renovated, it would be better.
