Service at the top of the world restaurant was horrible

We had a great time. We enjoyed the locals promotion and rode up to the top for free. The kids really liked seeing the lights from way up on top.

Decent hotel for the price and the room service is amazing! Love that the valet is complementary. My only recommendation would be to do some minor updates such as carpeting, shower curtains, etc. to make it feel more high end.

Pretty good so far. Our hair dryer doesn't work and they haven't sent a replacement like they said they would. Housekeeping didn't leave any soap.

Very good hotel but bad wifi signal

My wife and I went to the Top of the World restaurant. Very fancy, very expensive, staff was very professional and amazing. A night to remember. Then it all went down hill from there. As we were leaving, we walked up to floor 607 and walked around then got in the elevator to go home. The 2 staff members in the elevator completely ruined the experience. They were chatting with each other about what time they get off, how 'this and that' "sucks", using words like "that blows". The elevator was full of other guests coming down too. The staff members stopped at a service floor (staff only floor) where one got off and the other staff member was holding the door open continuing their conversation. As the door continually tried to close she would keep it open continuing her inappropriate conversation. Eventually she let it close but continued to scream through the closed door so he could hear her story. To pay almost $200 for a dinner then have it end like that really ruined the whole experience.

Great views and nice staff. Food was expensive but you're paying more for the views.
