Went to Jingle Ball concert! Bought concert merchandise. All the stands were very very busy and the ladies at the stand we were at wee so nice to everyone and it was so busy they really made all the customers shopping experience very pleasant! So so nice!!! Enjoyed the evening immensely !!

Some of the staff told us our passes got us into the area where the players came out and others told us they didn't. Maybe work on staff being on the same page
