Verizon Center

Staff were not helpful or friendly.

I wasn't impressed with the Verizon Center whatsoever. The food and merchandise was both over priced. Not impressed with the cleanliness of it either.

Conveniently located

The 400 level seats are very steep, too close together, and over all terrifying to sit in. Thankfully guests services helped me find another seat that was more comfortable.

I went to the Verizon Center for a concert. I've never been to the facility before and found it a little confusing where the main entrance was. Im after I did find the right entrance and was able to get into the building, the lines were so out of whack. There is no sort of order to waiting to get into the arena.

The building was extremely cold.

I waited for 50 minutes on line for two beers. The bartenders let a group of 3 sit at the bar for over FIFTEEN minutes while the line did not move. Absolutely ridiculous. I didn't pay $200 for tix to then sit on line for almost an hour.
