I stayed multiple nights, it would have been better if I hadn't had to pay the same price for one bed as I would have paid for two beds, for three people! My sons had to sleep on the floor! When I complained, they only knocked $10 off the bill! Completely unacceptable!

Horrible employees and due to the $250 fee that HAD TO BE on a card (Could have paid with cash but that was against policy) we had to cancel and they wouldn't refund. So we went and got a cheaper but BETTER hotel elsewhere. NEVER GOING TO BEST WESTERN AGAIN and will NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone!!!
