Nice facility, mediocre staff

The staff are very rude. For as much as this place costs you'd think you would have better customer service. The lady we went through for checking in snapped at my grandma when she didn't hear her and didn't give us joining rooms like we asked but told us she did. The bar tender got paged 5x and never came to get us drinks at 2am. Buffett was overpriced and average food

I found Treasure Island to be unremarkable. The bathroom was really dirty and the casino smelled of stale cigarettes. The music near the bar was good.

I was there for atleast three hours no one asked if I wanted cocktails
