Won't do the food there again.

We went to see the Christmas lights and had a great time. The only negative was that the woman working the entrance was not too friendly and not on the same page as the guy selling tickets. Everything else and every one else was very nice and friendly and was happy to answer our questions.

We just visited the gift shop

My grandmother took me to the Lantern festival on August 20 @ 6 pm. The crowd was horrible. She is 98 years old and in a wheelchair and it was gridlock and unenjoyable. I disliked the way it was set up for everyone to go one specific way. The lanterns were beautiful but the amount of people could have been avoided. I have been here many times and for previous lantern and other evening events. I have never had this experience before. Just terrible.

Was unable to attend garden glow due to not having purchased tickets on line. Wish this would have been stressed on the web site.
