Great museum and excellent service.

Requiring a ticket for entry to free exhibits is understandable for time-based exhibits, but there should not be a limit on the number of people that can enter an exhibit per day...especially on a weekend. I was unable to go to the main exhibit I had gone to the museum for because of this...even though I spent nearly $60 on tickets.

New robot exhibit breaking down constantly. Suggest having multiple redundancies so maintenance can occur while another is in use.

It was okay, really crowded too many kids. Bathrooms were disgusting

We were very disappointed!!!! We came all the way from Youngstown, Ohio & our kids were so excited about the exhibits. When we got there everything was sold out!!!! What????? I have never heard of such a thing!!!! We ended up spending $65 to just walk around, plus an additional $10 to park!!! What an expensive disappointment!!!
