Took my family to the zoo for the Halloween weekend they were doing disappointed that there were almost no animals out and wasn't as baby friendly as I thought for as much as i paid. Staff was very friendly just nothing baby friendly it was more for older kids

The bathrooms were in great shape but there were several walking paths that were closed due to construction.

Okay I went to purchase my membership and that's where the problem was there is no direction waiting for the cashier to purchase no clear direction for about 30 minutes before I directed the one person to radio for help 25 people waiting in line the cashier would not ring out a credit card membership for me claimed that I had to do a self serve and get back in line I was irate I exploded the assistant checked me out and got me a comp stroller he was struggling with the program too claiming it was not working look u spent a lot of money on everything else get those memberships working if he hadn't comped the stroller and hand escorted us in I would have sole with the site director that membership desk is the first impression of order and experience it really needs improvement I almost had a bad experience but this guys really saved the day

I loves that the zoo was so shaded. The habitats were nice. However most exhibits were closed due to construction and the zip line was advertised but was not even built yet... Kids were very disappointed and I was upset to have spent as much as we did to get in. I am sure the zoo will be great 5 years from now but I would recommend moment people NOT visit until then.

Wow a significant amount of the CU is under construction, there needs to be a discounted amount to pay as services were limited in viewing animals, places to eat and etc. also, there should be more organization when scheduling school trips to the zoo. Our school decided to take a lunch back to school as opposed to eating at the zoo because of the minimum amount of places to eat and the volume of children present.
