We visited the Nashville zoo today. It was ver crowded, and the zoo in under a lot of construction. There were a lot of animals not out, and several exhibits closed during construction. I was very disappointed. The zoo is not cheap and it did not live up to expectation.

The increased prices aren't justified by the new enclosures. It was difficult to see most of the animals and a large number of exhibits were unavailable. This visit was a waste of money.

75% of the exhibits were closed And there was no information at the ticketing booth to let you know that. Gift shops or not set up and had cardboard boxes of product laying everywhere. Very disappointed – would have liked to get a refund as hardly anything was open.

There wasn't many animals out. I figured there would be way more but there wasn't. I mean really only 3 monkeys?!?!?
