No elevator? Also very expensive breakfast, most Marriott do not charge for the buffet

I am a Hilton Diamond, stay in hotels 4 nights a week min. I wanted to start branching out , and was disappointed in the facility & staff I was shocked to see no elevator in a multi story building. No coffee in the lobby and only 1 pack in the room. I asked about breakfast & was told it was $9.95. Not at all what I have come to expect as a frequent business traveler.
